My strategy professor recently drew our attention to this WSJ article about Google and Proctor & Gamble swapping employees to learn from their very different cultures. I thought it was a very interesting idea, and one that more companies should be doing, even if, or especially if, they are in completely different industries.

I just decided to install Drupal to make managing the website more efficient. I've been considering installing a CMS for a while. I've not made any significant additions or changes to the website in the last 2 years ago, mainly because I've found myself too busy with the MBA and the family.
